Clear Tax Accountants has made it to stage three of the Telstra Best of Business Awards 2024.
We couldn’t be more proud to have come this far with our first-ever entry for the Telstra Best of Business Awards. And, for a small business like ours, making it to this round is no less than an achievement.
The Telstra Best of Business Awards celebrate the remarkable achievements of Australia’s small and medium-sized businesses, which form the foundation of our nation’s financial, cultural, and social prosperity.
These awards recognise businesses that not only succeed but also adapt to their community’s changing needs, driving positive change and innovation.
What we learnt from this
For the past seven years, our accounting firm, Clear Tax Accountants, has been dedicated to providing excellent services and building a strong community of small businesses through our Clear Biz Network, which now has over 3000 members.
While we’ve always been focused on helping our clients succeed, we haven’t taken the time to fully appreciate the growth and impact we’ve had, particularly with the Clear Biz community.
The Telstra Best of Business Awards nomination process has been an invaluable experience for us. It gave us a moment to step back and reflect on our journey.
We realised that our hard work has not only helped us grow as a firm but has also significantly benefited the businesses we serve.
This process has allowed us to see the bigger picture and acknowledge the positive changes we’ve brought to the small business community. We’ve been reminded that every struggle we’ve faced along the way has been worth it.
The challenges, late nights, and tough decisions have all contributed to something truly meaningful and impactful.
Through this experience, we’ve gained a renewed sense of pride in our work. We’ve also been inspired to continue striving for excellence and supporting our Clear Biz Network with even greater dedication.
The nomination has reinforced our belief in the value of our contributions and motivated us to keep pushing forward.
Being nominated for the Telstra Best of Business Awards has not just been an honor; it has been a powerful reminder of why we do what we do and the difference we make in the lives of our clients and community.
What’s next?
Looking ahead, we are more motivated than ever to build on our achievements.
Our plans include expanding the ClearBiz community to support even more businesses. Our goals include making the community even stronger by providing constant support and the right exposure for the businesses to grow.
We are also committed to investing in our team’s professional development at Clear Tax Accountants to ensure we stay at the forefront of the accounting industry.
With a renewed sense of purpose and confidence, we are excited about the future and the new milestones we will achieve together with our community.
